The Word basic training course consists of 10 hours, organized into five 2-hour sessions per week (10 hours/week). The course spans 1 week.
Program Content
File management : opening, closing, saving, creating new documents.
Text manipulation : input, undo/redo, move, select, delete, cut/copy/paste
Proofreaders and checking : automatic correction, automatic spelling and grammar checker.
Character attributes : bold, italic, underline, font choice, size, color, copy formatting.
Paragraph attributes : alignment, indentation, tabs, borders and shading, bullets and numbering
Page layout : margins, paper size and orientation - Printing: print preview and print settings (document options).

The training is based on a practical , progressive and personalized approach:
Guided exercises and computer-based simulations
Working in small groups to encourage discussion and understanding
Visual aids and interactive tutorials to reinforce learning between sessions
Individual assistance to meet the specific needs of each participant
Prerequisites:
Having completed introductory computer training or possessing an equivalent level
Knowing how to use a keyboard, mouse, and basic computer functions (opening and saving files, navigating folders)
