The Outlook 10 training course is organized into five 2-hour sessions per week (10 hours/week). The course spans 1 week.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, promoting relaxation and reducing stress by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system.
Duration: 45 minutes
Upon completion of this training, participants will know how to:
Send, receive and manage emails independently
Organize their email using folders, filters, and contacts
Manage attachments and mailing lists
Use Outlook's additional features : calendar, tasks, and notes
Acquire good practices for clear and secure digital communication
Certificate issued
A certificate of completion is awarded to participants who have attended at least 80% of the course and passed the final assessments.
Our Outlook course costs CHF 320.
To facilitate access to training, payment can be made in installments according to a plan tailored to your situation. The Geneva Canton's Annual Training Voucher (CAF) can also cover all or part of the course cost .
